 How it works
As you can see the karts can be stopped or slowed down in 3 different ways:
- By the remote control (controlled by the track marshall)
- By the section beacons (controlled by the track marshall)
- By the PIT beacons (automatically)
A tool for security
You simply have to press one button to reduce the crazy drivers' speed! Just press the number of the kart you want to reduce speed and it is immediately done. The system consists of one or more portable control units and for each kart a shutdown transponder. You can even connect a pitlane sensor to automatically slow down your karts' speed when they enter the pit area.

Functioning
Every kart has to have a shutdown transponder. The numbers of transponders have to be the same as the karts' one. As soon as the kart number is entered into the remote control, the speed of the kart is reduced and after the kart stops. You can also fix the same transponder number on several karts, so that if you enter this number, the speed of several karts (kart groups) will be reduced at the same time.
