The Pit PC registers the lap times. Then, the Pit PCs screen displays times, laps, drivers and lap averages. This way, the system knows exactly who is driving which kart. The Pit PC also controls the lights on the track. This software can control many races at the same time.
Timing
During the race, the software automatically registers the driving time and sends these data to the TV System and to the Scoreboard. When the transponder fixed on the kart arrives at the decoder's level, this decoder send information to the software.
After the race, drivers can immediately receive a nice printout of their score and times. The main asset: avoiding time wasted because of waiting between two races. Everybody knows what time lost means in business.
Now, no mistakes are possible. Even if it is a human or hardware problem, everything can be fixed easily. The software runs with a backup system, which allows you to recover data in case of error.
Automatic E-mail function
Imagine your customers receiving an e-mail at home from your centre, with their results and a congratulation or thank you sentence. Imagine this is done automatically. And imagine this does not cost you anything. It is now possible to communicate this way without your message being considered as spam e-mail. Furthermore, it is a reminder and a real advertising tool!
